Gabrielle Gauthey is a senior leader in infrastructure, telecommunications, and energy investment, formerly serving on the Executive Committee of Caisse des Dépôts, where she oversaw major national investments in real estate, ICT, innovation, and energy. A graduate of École Polytechnique, École des Mines, and École des Télécommunications, she has held influential roles in French technology policy and regulatory reform.

She previously served as Commissioner at ARCEP, Vice Chair of the European Regulators Group, and senior executive at Alcatel-Lucent. Gabrielle sits on the boards of DCNS, Radiall, and SNI, and remains an influential voice in digital transformation and European infrastructure strategy.
