Ari Libarikian is a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company and the global leader of Leap by McKinsey, the firm’s business-building practice. He also leads McKinsey’s Digital practice in North America, helping organizations accelerate growth through technology, data, and analytics. His work spans digital transformations, SaaS development, platform businesses, and new venture creation.

Ari also serves on McKinsey’s global Senior Partner election committee and previously led the digital insurance practice. Outside McKinsey, he serves on the Board of the Armenian General Benevolent Union (AGBU). He holds degrees from MIT and McGill University.
