Raffi Festekjian is the Executive Chairman and Managing Partner of Empyrean Solutions and Nuarca LLC, overseeing strategy, growth, and investment initiatives for both companies. He previously co-founded PCi, a leading provider of compliance solutions for the financial services industry. Under his leadership, PCi became one of the sector’s largest compliance providers, specializing in fair lending, HMDA, CRA, and anti-predatory lending analytics.

A dedicated supporter of Armenia, Raffi has been closely engaged with FAST since 2022 and actively contributes to multiple nonprofit initiatives, including YerazArt, which he co-founded to support young Armenian artists. Born in Beirut, he holds dual U.S. and Lebanese citizenship, earned his BA from the American University of Beirut, and received an MBA with Distinction from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
