André Andonian is the CEO of Andonian Advisory Pte. Ltd., where he provides board and strategic advisory services to global companies and mentors senior executives to achieve impactful leadership. He recently joined the Boards of ADI in the United States and AEM Holdings in Singapore. He also serves McKinsey & Company as Chairman Emeritus North Asia/Special Advisor, following a distinguished 34-year tenure. His leadership roles at McKinsey included Chairman of McKinsey Japan, Managing Partner of McKinsey Korea, and Asian Leader of Client Impact & Experience. For more than 15 years, he served on McKinsey’s Shareholders Council, the firm’s highest decision-making body. Throughout his career, André has worked across Munich, Silicon Valley, New York, Tokyo, and Singapore, advising global leaders in advanced industries, automotive, aerospace, semiconductors, biotech, and innovation-driven sectors.

Prior to McKinsey, André worked in sales, marketing, engineering, and customer service at Masco Corporation in the U.S. and IBM in Europe and Asia. He holds an MBA with Distinction from The Wharton School, where he was a Fulbright Scholar, as well as an MA in Economics and a BSc in Engineering from universities in Vienna. A committed advocate for Armenia, he is a founding member of the National Competitiveness Foundation of Armenia, Armenia 2020, and currently serves as Chairman of FAST.
